Bullshit law, how about we just legalize drugs instead of fucking with people.
I don't care if people smoke weed.
How does this help people who can't work like the disabled, children or the elderly? Why should they be punished for taking drugs when they can't work anyway?
More drug laws are just fucking retarded.
That said I agree with the spirit of it, just I hate stupid tough on drug use laws that don't really help anyone.

While I typically don't agree with most of our drug laws, I'm okay with one that prevents you from collecting welfare if you're a druggie. Besides, you get to take another drug test in 6months and its only if you fail that one that they stop your benefits.
