That makes you wonder about vampires and werewolves with rabies...maybe most of them live peaceful lives and hold down jobs. We only hear about the ones gone crazy because of rabies.
That would explain a lot.

I think we're going to have to pass a bunch of anti-werewolf and anti-vampire legislation to help regulate this issue. In fact, we'll probably need a whole department dedicated to it. Because of that we'll raise taxes by 1% for the next 5 years (but conveniently forget to take it off when the 5 years is up). We'll also throw in some last minute anti-gun stuff attached to the bill.
