Starting February 10th 2009 you can't sell used toys or cloths for children under 12 unless it has been pre-screened to not contain harmful substances etc.
Get your kid stuff while you can, though personally I think this law doesn't stand a chance in hell of holding up in court.

This is absolutely fucking ridiculous. Seriously, just in clothes alone we spend nearly 50 bucks every time Erin goes up a new clothes size so she can have various items i.e pajamas, pants, shirts, etc, and that's on Ebay. If I had to buy that crap new, dear lord. I normally only spend about a $1 an item buying used, but new the same things run $5-10 on most things. That's just ridiculous.
