Public information on social networks will get more and more scarce as this kind of stuff becomes common place. That or more privacy options will be quickly available. Where you have to white list everything.
This is scary, but it doesn't surprise me. There is a reason I no longer do any of that stuff.
IMHO, don't post stuff you don't want people to know...but, why does a pic of you with a dick drawn on your face from a party 10 years ago mean you shouldn't be trusted at work?
