The Repeal Amendment |

This is an idea for an amendment that would work like this.
"Any provision of law or regulation of
the United States may be repealed by the several states, and such repeal
shall be effective when the legislatures of two-thirds of the several
states approve resolutions for this purpose that particularly describe
the same provision or provisions of law or regulation to be repealed."
What this means is that if 2/3 of the states vote to repeal a federal law, that law would be repealed. This would solve issues where congress shoves through a federal law that most of the country doesn't want to support or time has passed since the law passed and now years out the states no longer want the law, but congress isn't stepping up to remove it. |

This blog is really neat it is run by a Chinese person that takes pictures of every day American life and then shows it to Chinese people.
They then take the comments from the Chinese readers and translate then into English to give a little insight into what internet savvy Chinese think of the United States.
Some of it is amusing, but mostly it is just sad. Americans have it so ridiculously good it is almost impossible for most of us to ever understand how the rest of the world sees us.

This is a great clip slamming the Democrats for their response the Arizona Immigration law. It is, for the most part, a cut and paste of the current federal law but this time it makes it a state crime.
They need to shut up about "reform" and just enforce all the laws we already have.

It is nice to hear someone not just parroting the Obama hype. It seems like everyone recently thinks he will just fix everything thing and that he can do no wrong.
Problem is everyone seems to forget that he has no real track record of doing or accomplishing anything. People are in love with him because of his celebrity status. Tony Blair was once beloved by England and could do no wrong either.
I think most of America is in for a shock.
