Man Tortures and Kills 4 year old for wetting his pants.

It is cases like this that when I hear about them I am astounded we don't have summary execution as a punishment anymore. There are somethings that go beyond the pale for me and beating a kid for days because they wet their pants is right up there. Oh and of course you can rest assured drugs were involved.
