Homeless man gets 15 years for stealing $100.

Homeless man robs a bank and when handed some hundreds only takes 1, and then turns himself in the next day. He then gets sentenced to 15 years. Bernie Madoff admits to stealing $50B and isn't even in Jail. Let alone won't be in prison any time soon.	[ View Last Comment ]
