This is a great site. You can look up foods and such for free and if you really get motivated, they have a paid program you can sign up for that keeps track of it all, motivates you, sets goals, etc...
It's probably similar to the Weight Watchers program, but might be simpler and cheaper.
I've been using their paid program for a month or two now and it's been VERY beneficial. It's really interesting to find out how many ancillary calories you eat when you're keeping track.

The DEA provides a list of all found drug labs across the country. If you plan on buying a new home or renting a place make sure your house wasn't a former Meth Lab or Drug Lab of some sort.

In a no brainer decision the court found that "Petitioners' theory of vaccine-related causation is scientifically unsupportable," Meaning they couldn't prove anything in three different cases.
Hopefully this will shut up Jenny McCarthy and we can just go back to oogling her instead.

This site is very graphic but interesting as it chronicles the origins of plastic surgery fixing up WWI vets after they were horribly burned/scarred.
Lots of great creepy old timey photos and reports to read through too.
