Geez, how the hell are those two unenforceable. Those are two of the most glaring problems w/illegal immigration. That should be a no-brainer.

The only thing I can think of is that it would require an extreme amount of resources to do active enforcement of the policy but passively, i.e. when it's reported, etc, shouldn't cost that much.

How freaking retarded...its already illegal to hire illegal aliens...its, oh what's the word...um...oh yeah--ILLEGAL!
Even if it requires a bunch of resources up front, once you start slapping multi-million dollar fines and imprisoning owners who violate the law it shouldn't be that hard. I would rather pay the expense now to save this country from being overrun, at least our kids will have some country left.

Oh I agree wholeheartedly I was just trying to offer some sane reason for why the judges would rule it unenforceable. Unless they're saying it's unconstitutional, which it shouldn't be.
