That still seems crappy, if you have to go you have to go. Eventually lthey'll probably just put everyone in depends and charge you 75 bucks for it.

I would literally piss on the floor of the airplane outside the bathroom before I paid to use their toilet.

Of course in fairness to the airline, it is European. Many European countries (and Asian) make you pay for toilets...in fact I have seen that in San Antonio as well.
